Any tips for a good diet/exercise routine to get in shape by May?
I'm traveling to the Mediterranean in May. I'm not fat but I want to be in shape by the time I leave. Any tips or suggestions?

- Join a health club, stairmaster or other machine 10 min, weights 20 min, multi machines 20 min, do this 3 times a week, eat healthy, no fast food, little snacks, you wil loose a few pounds a week. Lear to cook and impress the ladies and gents.

- dont get overly worked up about it but exersise like push up sit ups and walk more eat a little healthier
