Which diet would I benefit from?
I don't want anyone saying "YOU DONT NEED TO GO ON A DIET"
Its something I want to do for myself. To feel good about myself.
I'm 14, a girl, I'm 5'8.5 and I weigh 135 pounds.
I'd like to be 125.
I've tried making up my own diet plans, but I think I need a stricter one.
Which diet is right for me? Adkins? South Beach? Mediterranean?
I'm very active. I play soccer and basketball. I jump rope, swim, and lift weights.
Which diet do you tihnk I'd benefit from? To get to 125? I'd like to be that by July 10th.

- I'm not trying to say you don't need to go on a diet, but as an athlete you need more weight than regular people. Plus, your way too underweight. If you lose any more weight it may cause some health concerns. My advice is for you NOT to go on a diet. It's just advice, but its true and you need to GAIN weight not lose any. Btw, if you seriously want to go on a diet my friends have done South Beach and they say it works very well. However, July 10th is a little soon. Just do everything you can then. Hope I was Helpful
- lol u want to b 125 well i watch that tv show UFC and i saw this one guy lose 5 pounds by just going into a hot tube and sweating alot and jumpin around running or and thing that makes u sweat u lose wight atleast thats how that guy on the UFC made it look. google it how to lose wight.
